One of the most beautiful treks in Itatiaia National Park, the first in Brazil, perfect for those who want to be immersed in the high-altitude fields of the Mantiqueira Mountains. It's a two-day trek with an average daily distance of 15km but with moderate elevation gain, making it a perfect route for beginners and experienced hikers alike. Highlights of the expedition include Pedra do Altar, the viewpoint on the western face of the Agulhas Negras, the Airuoca waterfall, and Pico da Serra Negra. Overnight stays in beds are possible during the trek.
