If you practice outdoor activities frequently, no doubt you have asked yourself: "how should I act if there is an accident or someone in the group has a health problem here in the middle of nowhere?". Whether it's trekking, climbing, diving or cycling, as a guide or practitioner, an adequate emergency service can be the difference between an experience to be told or to be forgotten. In this course of 16 hours divided into two days with international certification by the provider of first aid training in remote areas, a reference in the world, the American Safety & Health Institute, you will learn to identify and manage health problems immediately life-threatening and to prevent problems in remote areas. The training is aimed at those who practice short-term activities in places where access to rescue can take a few hours.
DAY 1: In our climbing gym in Jundiaí-SP, the following topics will be addressed theoretically and practically:
Introduction to First Aid in remote areas

Actions in an emergency
Assessment and emergency care
CPR – Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
liquid replacement
Treatment of bleeding, injuries and burns
orthopedic injuries
dressings and bandages
Physical and environmental hazards
Poisons toxic substances and poisonous plants
Animal bites and venomous animals
Insect and spider bites and stings
transport of wounded
Coffee break included.
Duration: 08:00 to 18:00 with a break for lunch.
DAY 2: Continuity of DAY 1 in the AA gym, to finalize all the topics of the course.Coffee break included.
